I came to acquire a large tub of coconut oil a few weeks back, and I finally started using it! Today I baked these chocolate chip cookies, with coconut oil substituted for butter. They turned out well! A bit different in consistency, with a slight coconut taste, but quite good. Very easy to make. Have a good weekend, everybody!
